Then Parks came home from work, which might be Lily Kate's very favorite time of day!

Lily Kate and I went to dinner at Macaroni Grill for our friend Andrew's birthday. She really enjoyed sitting at the table in her booster seat like a tiny adult. She would just sit and stare at everyone and give a very hearty Ha Ha when people were laughing. She even ate olive tapenade.

Hmmm

So, I walked into Lily Kate's room and I thought, "what's that on her head? Is it a chef's hat? No, wait.... it's her ruffle panties". This is not the first, but the second time that I have found her with underwear on her head with no prompting by either of us. At least this time they were hers. :)
